On November 21st all T&L coaches are sharing a day with Stuart Taylor. The core focus for the day is "resilience" - our resilience! " Resilience is the ability to remain fully engaged in our life and work – energised, positive, focused, and committed – regardless of what we encounter."

it would be good to looking at developing our own resilience as well as assisting/supporting others in developing their own resilience
I have thought that our role can be very isolating and our positions, “ from the dark side”, add to the difficulty of relationship building. I have heard other coaches comment on this issue. Even when you are welcomed the role provokes self-examination that is not always comfortable and some teachers then say “that’s enough”. Is this worth exploring?
